ABOUT
Rooted in India, and now living in the Bay area, I have been fortunate to be surrounded by beautiful and exciting landscapes, cities and people. Growing up, I admired my mother paint her magic on fabrics. It inclined me towards art and its various approaches.
My process includes selecting subjects that are influenced by light, unique shadow shapes, atmospheric perspectives and various other elements. In a nutshell, subjects that connect with me and have a story.
An enthusiastic and lively person, my work is mostly inspired and initiated outside in Plein air, with oil and watercolours.
